Dubai

Over 300 people attended this year's Dubai City Day. We were delighted to welcome so many of you to The Atlantis to discuss how to capitalize on change through Transparency, Efficiency and Networks.

Abdulla Mohammed Al Awar, chief executive officer, Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, Dr. Henry Azzam, chairman, Deutsche Bank, Middle East and North Africa Region, Dr Cevdet Akçay, chief economist, YapiKredi Bank, and Mureed Hammad, director of news and programming, CNBC Arabia, led the day’s discussions with a debate on how the Arab Spring and global economic crisis are changing finance in the Middle East.

We hope those of you able to attend found the day useful as well as enjoyable. Thank you for taking part in the debates that will shape the direction our industry will take.

Please join in as we continue the discussions online via Twitter using #tenfs and on our blog page.

We hope to see you all at a SunGard event soon.
