Muzammil is a Senior Manager with the Advisory practice at Ernst & Young.  He specializes in the areas of financial risk management for corporates, banks and financial institutions. Over the past 8 years, Muzammil has advised more than 150 institutions across India on their treasury and risk management functions. He has also been actively engaged in advising regulators and market participants in the areas of BASEL II, BASEL III and corporate bond markets. More recently, Muzammil is leading projects with some of the largest banks in the areas of balance sheet management covering market risk, asset liability management, fund transfer pricing and balance sheet management. His involvement with banking and non-banking institutions has helped them incorporate risk into product pricing, improve focus on profitability and manage growth in conjunction with capital availability.
